LaMorte Electric Heating and Cooling was started as an electrical contracting business by Brian LaMorte in April of 2010. He has been operating under this name as a small sole-proprietorship from April 2010 until the end of 2017. Since then the business has incorporated and is now owned by himself and his business partner, Sarah Schnabel, since January of 2018.

Who We Are |
We are an environmentally conscious contractor and a local family-owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on our customer service. We provide safe and quality work in a way that gives our customers the small business experience with the large contractor expertise.
|
Our Philosophy |
It is important for us to be a socially-conscious, ethical business. One way in which we do that is by being a living wage employer, another way is more focused on our specific skill sets as trades-people. We want to inform our customers on the most efficient and renewable ways to electrify their home.
We like to envision a new standard for home construction. A standard that would include solar panels, a car charger, and an air-source heat pump that would heat and cool your home. With the right combination of these three things, a standard home would be able to leave a very small if not a zero carbon footprint without sacrificing any of our modern luxuries. |
